When taken in its natural form from red wine, it combines with other antioxidants to reinforce the body's defences. Free radicals are hunted and prevented from causing damage. When taken as a supplement, the other antioxidants are often not there. What is often overlooked is the possibility of taking a supplement such as Source Naturals resveratrol, and combining it with red wine and grapes. This makes sure that at least some of the other nutrients are taken into the body, which will aid absorption.

It is impossible to tell for sure whether an anti-aging product is working, or whether it just a placebo. Even in the science laboratories, there is no way to tell.
